Hi and welcome! I am a Counsellor on Sydney's Northern Beaches specialising in adolescents and young adults.

My practice is a casual, warm and supportive environment where young people can express themselves freely in a safe and non-judgemental space.
​
Having raised my own 4 kids, I have an affinity with young people and get great fulfilment out of offering support and guidance in helping them overcome whatever may be standing in their way of a better life.
​
I will create a a program just for you that uses proven and successful ways to deal with things like academic stress, peer pressure, anxiety, relationships, self-esteem or just feeling like you want to make a change. I guarantee, there is something we can do towards feeling better.

I am a diploma qualified Counsellor with the Australian Institute of Applied Psychology and a member of the Australian Counselling Association, Level 1. I have worked as a Text Crisis Supporter with Lifeline and am currently a mentor for the school program Raise Foundation.
​
I would love to help you or your young person discover their inner strength and learn new skills for positive change. Maybe we can even turn that sigh of dread into relief!

Jewellery & Keyring Workshops
If you'd prefer a more relaxed environment in the initial stages of the counselling process, I offer therapy sessions in the form of one on one workshops where you get to make either a beautiful bracelet, necklace or keyring.
We use crystal gemstone beads which have long been associated with healing properties.
Making your chosen piece will run alongside the initial stages of our therapeutic relationship and is a gentle introduction into our work together.
You then have this lovely piece to symbolise where you are going and be a symbol of support in your journey.
